Hired by Investor Client to design new life into obtained lakefront property which had been abandoned and vandalized.  This highly desired lakefront area surrounded by exquisite estate residences created an exciting design challenge.  Replacing miss matched windows & doors improved interior light & lake views, combining small rooms to create open spaces, & designing exterior living areas enhancing the use of the lake frontage & boat dock. Hired by builder to assist project management this custom build & to lead design interior & exterior elements for this modern residence.  This small building site demanded creative designed dual use exterior spaces for both parking and entertainment on the main level while upper level decks enhanced  views of the lake.  Sleek materials of metal, concrete, stone & tile designed both inside & out complimented with natural wood artistic accents creating warmth & interest.  Stunning modern play in primary bath with open shower, tub, glazed window, & fireplace submerged in tile wall being a favorite to design.  

Hired by builder to assist project management for this custom build & to lead design interior hard & soft  surfaces.  Client custom build for personal residence on vineyard property with valley views.  Focal points being window lined walls, suspended staircase leading to upper balcony with lovely views of mile high fireplace wall, interior living & dining rooms & exterior vineyard surrounding the property & in the distance sunsets on the valley below.  Custom designed primary bedroom two story atrium with floor to ceiling windows from upper level balcony overlooking  into the atrium of natural wood and glass walls leading down to the main floor dining room was a new element to design. Hired by builder to assist project build & lead interior design & staging for sought after showcase Street of Dreams Tour of Custom Homes.  This build was for three single adult clients featuring  one-level living in a two-winged sprawling ranch.  Entry guest quarters, plus one suite side designed with workout room, steam shower & bar family room, other suite side with office off formal bedroom & luxurious oversized spa bath. Heart of the residence shared formal kitchen, dining, living, & wall of glass doors to rear outdoor living.  

Once construction completed assigned sponsored furniture store, allotted  KMP only 2 days to stage residence top to bottom to prepare for private grand opening gala kick off event of four week show with as many as 60,000 people touring the six homes showcased.  Project  Published in NW Natural Street of Dreams Magazine.

Consulted personal client on property in progress of renovation.  Client requested to integrate logo into entry wall design. Entry wall logo inset into framed stone accent piece mounted on wood wall viewed at entry and dining room.   Custom bar of slab incorporated back lighting to created dramatic evening entertaining.  Main floor exterior patio reframed and incorporated into main level house with sliding glass wall.  New windows and clear railing continuing view through the interior of th residence. Nite laminated patio fires surround seating for oceanside evenings.
